BRUSSELS— Interel, the Brussels-based public affairs and public relations agency, and Blank Rome, a Washington, D.C.-based legal and government relations firm, have formed a strategic alliance, combining their expertise to provide a seamless EU-U.S. legal, public affairs, government relations and strategic communications offering for companies and organizations impacted by decisions taken on both sides of the Atlantic.

Established in 1983, Interel offers a full range of strategic communications services, including public affairs, government relations, corporate, financial and internal communications, crisis management and marketing communications, through its own offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Paris and Prague and partners in all major cities in Europe.

Blank Rome is one of America’s largest law firms, with nearly 500 attorneys serving clients across the United States, and practices that cover areas including government relations.

According Fredrik Lofthagen, chief executive officer of Interel, clients “increasingly need overseas public affairs support, and with Blank Rome’s proven record and experience in the United States, we are able to deliver a fully integrated approach to public affairs.”
