BRUSSELS—Public affairs and public relations consultancy Interel has added a structured financing practice, headed by Nigel Pink. The practice will help clients understand the complex flow of European Union and international aid, hence how to work with aid organizations, benefiting recipients, funding institutions and the vendor community alike.
Pink has held positions in both public and private sector organizations including SAP, Cisco Systems, Network Equipment Technologies, EDS and the U.K. Ministry of Defense. Most recently, he led SAP’s public sector business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, he led a team at Cisco that partnered with governments and major funding institutions to secure financing and expertise.
According to Interel chief executive Frederik Lofthagen: “We see structured financing as a high growth area and building on our experience to date and our new team.”
