SAN DIEGO—The Noblemen Group, a boutique investment banking and business development firm, has acquired The Bernhardt Agency, a Portland, Oregon-based marketing and communications consulting agency specializing in high-tech marketing, advertising, public relations and public speaking services.

The Bernhardt Agency will be merged into The Noblemen Group to form a new division titled Noblemen Communications. Bernhardt Agency founder and president, Michael Bernhardt, will join Noblemen as executive vice president, and president of the Noblemen Communications division, which will offer public relations, investor relations, advertising, marketing communications, and public speaking programs.

“The Noblemen Group has pioneered a business model that is wildly attractive to small- and mid-cap companies looking for world class investment banking and business development services previously unavailable or unaffordable to companies of their size,” said Bernhardt. “I am thrilled to join the other Noblemen Group senior partners as we grow this very exciting company.”
