HONG KONG—IPREX, one of the largest networks of independent PR firms, has named Beth Cave as its first Asia Pacific director, based in Hong Kong. The move follows a new strategy set at the organization’s annual meeting in Shanghai earlier this year, when IPREX partners confirmed their commitment to expand to meet the needs of multinational clients in the region.

Cave has more than 17 years experience in communication roles throughout Asia.  She has worked in-house and as a consultant advising international businesses, and she has been involved in membership organizations similar to IPREX.

India’s Concept PR was the newest Asia Pacific firm to be selected to join IPREX as a partner in June of this year.  Concept PR, with a pan-India presence, is part of the country’s largest independent communication company, Concept Communication, and has grown dramatically since its foundation as a financial PR and IPO specialist in 2000.
