Jarrell Promoted to Lead Insight Group at MS&L

Manning Selvage & Lee has promoted Holly Jarrell, most recently senior vice president, insight creation for North America, to global director of insight and research. Additionally, Jessica Broome has joined the firm’s insight team as vice president, director of measurement.

NEW YORK—Manning Selvage & Lee has promoted Holly Jarrell, most recently senior vice president, insight creation for North America, to global director of insight and research. Additionally, Jessica Broome has joined the firm’s insight team as vice president, director of measurement.

 

In her new role, Jarrell will have overall responsibility for the creation and implementation of a vision and plan for building a best-in-class research and insights capability for MS&L’s global offices. She will work closely with key staff to develop a strategy that ensures top insights practices are developed and cultivated in key regional offices, and that insight services are delivered effectively. She will also develop \ processes to help offices worldwide access current resources.

 

Since joining MS&L from the SCAN consumer research unit of Yankelovich in 2006, Jarrell has built an insights and research team focused on providing resources and training, differentiating tools and intellectual capital and developing proprietary research for MS&L, including the Conversation Catalysts study and marketing to women research.

 

In her new role, Broome will be responsible for developing and implementing a suite of public relations measurement techniques for MS&L. Shee joins MS&L from Ogilvy PR Worldwide, where she worked on strategic research and measurement initiatives for clients including GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever and Mattel. She was previously with StrategyOne, the research arm of Edelman.
