Jennifer Scott To Lead Ogilvy's New York Office

Ogilvy Public Relations has named Jennifer Scott, currently global managing director, strategy and planning, as the agency's New York office head.

NEW YORK—Ogilvy Public Relations has named Jennifer Scott, currently global managing director, strategy and planning, as the agency's New York office head.

In her new position, Scott will work closely with the New York office's practice group heads on overseeing client accounts, business development, talent and office operations.

Scott joined the agency in 2006 as managing director, insights and research, providing counsel to clients on using research to inform reputation management and crisis response, strengthen new and established brands, advocate for public policy initiatives, inspire behavior change and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, Scott was president of StrategyOne, Edelman's specialist research company. She has also served as managing director of applied research and consulting, senior vice president at Shepardson Stern + Kaminsky, and vice president at Robinson Lake Sawyer Miller.
