Jersey PR Firm Merges with Ad Agency

Winning Strategies, a New Jersey-based advertising and public relations firm has merged with New York ad agency Warren Kremer Paino, creating a new entity with billings in excess of $100 million.

  NEW YORK, August 16—Winning Strategies, a New Jersey-based advertising and public relations firm has merged with New York ad agency Warren Kremer Paino, creating a new entity with billings in excess of  $100 million. Clients include the Ritz-Carlton, Hershey Resorts & Spa, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, and Russ Berrie & Company.
 
Jim McQueeny, chairman of Winning Strategies, will be chairman of the combined company. Gary Davis, CEO of Winning Strategies, takes the same title at the combined firm. Peter Warren remains president of Warren Kremer Paino.
 
Winning Strategies was formed with a focus on public affairs, handling programs such as the state’s electricity deregulation effort. It has two offices in New Jersey and an office in Washington, D.C.
