NEW YORK—Affect Strategies, a public relations and marketing firm specializing in the high-tech industry, has forged a partnership with London-based Johnson King PR, a technology PR specialist with offices in the UK, Germany and France.

According to the principals, the partnership was formed in part because the two companies “share a similar approach to running their operations and building and maintaining client relationships” and are similar in size and structure.

Says Sandra Fathi, president of Affect Strategies, “Our new partnership with Johnson King PR promises to be a catalyst for further growth and expansion for both of our companies and our clients. We will be able to provide international PR services coupled with local expertise and in-country experience.”

Mike King, managing director of Johnson King, adds that technology companies “are looking for consistency from their global PR campaigns, but using a homogenous global agency isn’t always the best fit. Many companies would benefit from a local approach using dedicated technology and telecom specialists with in-depth market knowledge in each country.”
