NEW YORK—New York-based KCSA Strategic Communications has opened an office in Chicago, further expanding its U.S. presence. The office will be run by veteran journalist Stephane Fitch, previously Chicago bureau chief of Forbes. Fitch will serve as one of KCSA's managing directors, reporting directly to chief executive Jeff Corbin.
Fitch was with Forbes from 1998 to 2010 and was also a regular panelist on the weekly business and news program, Forbes on Fox. Before taking the bureau chief spot in Chicago, he was head of the magazine's European bureau, a writer in Los Angeles and a reporter in New York. From 1996 to 1998, Fitch was a reporter for Dow Jones & Co.
According to Corbin, "The opening of KCSA's office in Chicago is part of our firm's strategic and deliberate expansion into key markets in the United States. Last year we entered the New England market by opening our Boston office.”
