Ketchum Expands in France with DDB Merger

NEW YORK—Omnicom sister agencies Ketchum and DDB have merged their public relations operations in France to provide “a significantly expanded range of capabilities.” The combined business will operate under the Ketchum brand and Ketchum management.

NEW YORK—Omnicom sister agencies Ketchum and DDB have merged their public relations operations in France to provide “a significantly expanded range of capabilities.” The combined business, operating under the Ketchum brand and Ketchum management, has 40 professionals with experience in corporate reputation, brand marketing, technology, health and environment as well as media relations, crisis management and media training. Major clients include: Delta, IBM, Toys “R” Us, Remy Martin and FedEx.

Ketchum will rank among the top five public relations agencies in France with the addition of DDB public relations’ staff of ten professionals. Jean-Martial Ribes, president of Ketchum France, will run the combined entity.
