NEW YORK—Weber Shandwick has been selected to manage global public relations for the 100th anniversary of Kiwi, the world’s leading shoe care brand. The centennial campaign, led out of the firm’s New York office, will span the world, and will involve agency teams in the U.S., the U.K., South Africa and Indonesia, as well as sister agency Momentum Worldwide.

This is the first campaign Weber Shandwick has executed for the household and body care division of Sara Lee. Since 2002, the agency has managed several public relations programs for Sara Lee branded apparel including Hanes, Hanes Her Way, Playtex and Bali brands.

“Kiwi is an iconic brand that has been recognized and embraced by consumers for so many years,” said Paco Casa, global brand president for Kiwi. “On the occasion of our centennial, we felt that Weber Shandwick was the best partner for a global celebration due to its solid experience and success in consumer campaigns, anniversary and otherwise, and its strong network of offices around the world.”
