LOS ANGELES—Executive search giant Korn/Ferry International has made several key changes within its external affairs center of expertise to support its continued growth and success, which will be renamed the corporate affairs center of expertise to more appropriately reflect the scope of the practice, which specializes in three core areas: corporate communications, government relations and investor relations.

Richard Marshall has been named managing director of the corporate affairs center of expertise and assumes the day-to-day leadership of the practice. He will continue to lead senior-level corporate communications and investor relations assignments. Nels Olson, former managing director of the external affairs center of expertise and now managing director of Korn/Ferry’s Northeast U.S. region, will continue to lead the government relations segment of the practice.

Marshall joined Korn/Ferry as a senior client partner in 2005 following a 20-year career in industry, where he held the senior-most communications and public affairs positions at Home Depot, Silicon Graphics and Subaru of America.
