Kwittken Hires FD Veteran Press In Corporate Strategy Role

NEW YORK—kwittken +company has appointed David Press to the agency’s executive management team. Press joins KCO from FTI Consulting (formerly Financial Dynamics) as a managing director in charge of the agency’s recently formed corporate strategy group, which provides counsel on a wide variety of corporate communications matters such as issues and crisis management, investor relations, transaction communications, and executive coaching.

Press has provided communications counsel across multiple sectors for companies including The Reader’s Digest Association, Interdigital, Dow Chemical, Fortis, Movado, Lululemon, Investcorp, Advent International, Children’s Place, Pearson, Exelon Corporation, NASD, InBev, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, Gold Fields, CNOOC, Sanofi-Synthelabo and PSEG.

Earlier in his career Press was a director at Brunswick Group in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and was in business development at America Online in Virginia where he sourced, structured and negotiated revenue and content deals. He began his career by practicing corporate finance and securities law for several years in New York, most recently at Morrison & Foerster.
