NEW YORK—Edelman’s multicultural practice has been selected by The Latinum Network as its PR agency of record. Edelman Multicultural will develop and implement national media and client relations strategies for the company’s peer-to-peer network, which focuses on providing solutions for corporations to better meet the needs of the U.S. Hispanic market.

“We want to collaborate with an agency that encompasses our own values and that truly understands the Hispanic market. Edelman’s Multicultural proven expertise make them the ideal partner,” says David Wellisch, founder of TLN. “As a peer-driven business based on network management and content creation, we at The Latinum Network are very excited to work with Edelman on mobilizing leading brands to unlock the full value presented by the Hispanic segment.”

Edelman will be the sole public relations agency for TLN, which was founded in 2009 by Wellisch, founder and former general manager of AOL Latino, and Michael Klein, former top executive at the Corporate Executive Board.
