COPENHAGEN—GCI Mannov, a Danish public relations company with offices in Copenhagen, Århus and Malmö, Sweden, is joining the Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide network and will be re-named Mannov. The firm had operated as part of the GCI network in Europe prior to that agency’s merger with Cohn & Wolfe last summer.

According to Ash Coleman-Smith, managing director of Ogilvy PR for Europe, Africa and the Middle East: “The partnership with Mannov in Denmark is a great step forward in strengthening our PR competencies in the northern region. We are thrilled about welcoming Steffen Lüders and his team and looking forward to see what we can attain together in the future.“

Lüders previously served as a member of GCI’s global board and as European chairman. Mannov’s clients include Kellogg’s, Dell, SAS, Eli Lilly, Ferrero and Sara Lee.

Ogilvy’s existing Nordic presence includes an office in Stockholm and a partnership with Finnish agency Taivas.
