LOS ANGELES—Global technology public relations agency Lewis has appointed Natalie Svider as head of its newest U.S. office in Los Angeles. Svider is responsible for leading the LA office, driving business development, client growth and staff recruitment. She will focus on providing PR services to digital media and entertainment companies.

Svider joins Lewis from Ruder Finn, where she was a senior account supervisor, leading efforts for corporate brands such as CitySearch, General Racing, Napster and Square Enix (developer of the Final Fantasy games series). Prior to Ruder Finn, she led media relations efforts for Moonshine Music. She began her public relations career at Warner Bros. where she worked in the television and corporate communications departments.

“With our recent move into the Los Angeles market, Natalie’s consumer and entertainment experience complements our expansion strategy and our technology heritage,” says Andy Oliver, vice president at Lewis. “With the convergence of entertainment and technology, Natalie’s expertise will tap directly into this underserved sector.”
