DENVER—Molson Coors Brewing Company, one of the largest brewers in the world, has named Dan Lewis as global chief public affairs officer to lead its external communications, employee engagement, and corporate reputation strategy.
According to Samuel Walker, Molson Coors global chief legal officer: “Dan brings an exceptional background in media relations, internal communications, and global brand expertise to our business at time when we are poised for the next level of growth around the world.”
Lewis, a 25-year veteran of the public relations industry, most recently served as vice president and head of communications for Delta Air Lines, where he helped steer the company through a major financial and cultural transformation, and directed campaigns to revitalize its brands in the U.S. and international markets. Prior to Delta, he headed international public relations for Lufthansa German Airlines, and was based in both New York City and in Frankfurt.
Molson Coors brews, markets and sells a portfolio of brands such as Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Molson Dry, Carling, Coors, and Keystone Light.
