LONDON—LexisNexis, which provides information management solutions, and Augure, a provider of ERM (enterprise reputation management) solutions, have joined to introduce a new web-based application for public relations professionals managing corporate reputations.
The analytics capability provided by LexisNexis, which automates sentiment analysis and influence rating, to monitor and measure reputation by analyzing comment on web sites, social media and traditional media, will be integrated with Augure's campaign and workflow tools, ComSuite and ComDecision, which will allow PR professionals to track and respond to online coverage immediately.
As a result, PR professionals can look at the media impact of their activities in depth, then plan and implement new actions based on the results of previous campaigns, all from the same application. Easy to use, the solution developed by LexisNexis and Augure is fully customisable and provides global coverage.
