LG Selects Lammers von Toorenburg for Benelux PR

LG Electronics Benelux has retained Lammers van Toorenburg Benelux for public relations activities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. LG says it plans to reach a top three position in the consumer electronics market by 2010.

ALMERE—LG Electronics Benelux has retained Lammers van Toorenburg Benelux for public relations activities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. LG says it plans to reach a top three position in the consumer electronics market by 2010, and in 2005 it reported turnover of $35 billion from the sales of mobile phones, plasma and LCD TVs, home cinema systems, and other products.

LG’s public relations strategy will follow the company’s values and its creative communication strategy: Life’s Good When You See Things Differently.

”LG’s products are so innovative that we create new categories and add new dimensions to everyday life”, says Patrick Bakker, senior marketing manager at LG Electronics Benelux. “We strongly believe that our communication must be closely linked to our identity and therefore creativity and creating added value are the basis of our PR strategy.
