BRUSSELS—Porter Novelli has promoted Inge Boets to replace Luc Missinne as MD of the firm's Brussels office.

Missine, who was also senior partner and EMEA regional director, leaves the agency after 19 years. He next destination remains undisclosed.

Boets, who has been with Porter since 1998, will report to EMEA president Sally Ward.

"She has been with the company since 1998 and has led strategic communications programmes for a variety of clients from leading multinatinals in the chemical industry to ethical and consumer healthcare companies," said Ward.
