Manning Hires Wilson from H&K to Lead London Office

Manning Selvage & Lee has hired Stuart Wilson as London chief executive officer. He will be responsible for managing staff and clients, new business development and expanding the office’s capabilities and resources.

LONDON—Manning Selvage & Lee has hired Stuart Wilson as London chief executive officer. He will be responsible for managing staff and clients, new business development and expanding the office’s capabilities and resources.  He will report to Anders Kempe, MS&L’s European president, and will be a part of the agency’s European leadership team.

Wilson replaces Nicholas Walters, who left the firm at the end of the year.

Wilson has extensive experience in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and was most recently managing director and head of corporate communications for Hill & Knowlton London, providing public relations counsel and services to companies across the energy, petrochemical, technology, financial and professional services sectors.

He has also held of management positions with Cohn & Wolfe in the UK, Canada and the U.S., and worked in corporate communications at Glaxo Wellcome. He began his career working for the government in Canada, first in the ministry of intergovernmental affairs and later as both a legislative and communications assistant to a number of government cabinet ministers.
