NEW YORKManning Selvage & Lee has appointed Webster Lewin as senior vice president and director of digital innovation and strategy. Lewin will be based in the New York office and will be responsible for spearheading digital thinking and strategy in MS&L’s North American offices. He will work with clients in the agency’s healthcare, consumer and corporate practices.

Lewin was most recently director of mobile marketing at R/GA in New York, working with the interactive agency’s mobile and emerging platforms group to promote and develop the agency's in-house mobile marketing and advertising practice. He was responsible for extending that capability across accounts including Nike, Johnson & Johnson, Nokia, L'Oréal, and Verizon Wireless.

“Mobile marketing is the largest untapped marketing vehicle, and experts like Webster have the proficiency to reach on-the-go consumers in an authentic way,” says Jim Tsokanos, MS&L’s president, North America.

Prior to joining R/GA, Webster served as supervisor of mobile marketing at VML, a WPP company, where he had a leading role in the development of mobile initiatives for companies including Windows Mobile, Windows Live, Sprint, and Burger King.
