MINNEAPOLIS, July 5— Marketing veteran Kristen Heimerl and Michelle Gjerde, formerly of Fleishman-Hillard,, have launched FORM Inc., a marketing services company that promises a “100-percent results-focused approach based on comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with internal business goals, real market opportunities and changing customer demands.”

The new firm is headquartered in Minneapolis and has a network of collaborators around the country with different areas of specialization such as market research, public relations, graphics design and interactive marketing.
“In today’s economy, organizations are especially sensitive to marketing costs,” says chief executive Heimerl. “We’re rethinking marketing for our clients and using our experience and resources to add shape and form to their businesses. By starting with data that reflects customer preferences and industry facts, we’ll help position a company for success in their target market. Then, we implement a measurable plan and guarantee results.”
Heimerl has worked with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Deluxe Corporation and Carlson Companies. Chief marketing officer Michelle Gjerde was most recently director of corporate communications for Digital River.
