MarketSoft Hires New Marketing Chief, Taps Beaupre

MarketSoft Corporation, a leading provider of next-generation marketing automation solutions, has named William Agush director of corporate marketing and selected Beaupre & Company Public Relations to manage its PR efforts.

PORTSMOUTH, September 20—MarketSoft Corporation, a leading provider of next-generation marketing automation solutions, has named William Agush director of corporate marketing and selected Beaupre & Company Public Relations to manage its public relations efforts. The company also named Leo Burnett Technology as its ad agency and product-testing partner.
 
Beaupre & Co., which is a unit of Omnicom’s Brodeur Worldwide, has already launched an aggressive media placement and speaking engagement program, using its “Belief Creation” methodology.
 
“Beaupre & Company has consistently demonstrated superior results for me over the past eight years, and the relationship goes back even longer to my work with Andy Beaupre in the early days of Prime Computer,” says Agush. “We’re confident the powerhouse combination of Beaupre, MarketSoft and Leo Burnett Technology will take our company to an undisputed leadership position in this burgeoning market.”
 
Agush is an expert on corporate positioning strategy and manager of advertising and corporate communications and will be charged with making MarketSoft into a “household name” in the business world. He joins from Internet marketing analytics company Verbind, where he was vice president of corporate marketing., managing advertising, public relations and governmental affairs.
 
Prior to Verbind, Agush spent four years as director of worldwide corporate communications and public affairs at Global Knowledge Network, and was director of corporate communications and identity for PictureTel Corp.
