McKie|Headstrom Expands to Southern California

ArchMedia PR, which provides marketing and public relations services to technology companies, has merged with McKie|Headstrom PR, a fast growing, independent public relations agencies headquartered in Silicon Valley.

SAN DIEGO, November 2—ArchMedia PR, which provides marketing and public relations services to technology companies, has merged with McKie|Headstrom PR, a fast growing, independent public relations agencies headquartered in Silicon Valley.
 
ArchMedia’s general manager Tammie Caton will become vice-president and general manager of the southern Californian operations of McKie|Headstrom organization. The merger strengthens McKie|Headstrom’s southern California offerings to include services for corporate and strategic marketing communications, branding, media and analyst relations, product positioning, special events, speaker placement and market research.
 
“Excellence in public relations is our vision, and our passion about PR is what brings this vision to life,” says Chris McKie, principal of McKie|Headstrom. “We recognized a powerful synergy that is highly complementary and brings the best of two agencies, philosophies and practices together.”
 
ArchMedia will also continue to distribute The Deadlines Newsletter, a weekly PR and marketing online newsletter that lists upcoming speaker and award opportunity deadlines.
