NEW YORK—Mercury Public Affairs, a subsidiary of Fleishman-Hillard, has launched a new litigation and regulatory communications practice. The firm will offer counsel to corporations, regulated industries, non-profit organizations, trade associations, and issue advocacy groups facing litigation challenges, both civil and criminal. The firm has added litigation experts Sara Jones and Tim Griffin to lead the new practice.
