LONDON—UK public relations firm MHP Communications has opened a Brussels office, under the leadership of EU public affairs expert Alisdair Gray. The new office will operate seamlessly alongside the firm’s existing London, Edinburgh and Washington DC offices.

Gray has more than 14 years of experience in public affair. Previously, he spent six years as director at the British Retail Consortium where he led European campaigns on several high profile trade issues including the 2005 “bra wars” dispute between the EU and China and several consumer antidumping cases on behalf of retailers that led to an overhaul of EU trade defence rules.

Prior to the BRC, Gray worked in consultancy for APCO Europe and European Communication Strategies.

At the same time MHP announces the launch of its all new affiliate network across Europe. The new MHP partner network includes companies covering the European Union countries and Eastern Europe.
