BOSTON—Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has hired Jason Glashow as senior vice president and general manager of its Boston office. Glashow will report to Nancy Seliger, regional director for the firm’s New York City and Boston operations.  He succeeds Ben Kincannon, who was recently appointed managing director of the Fleishman-Hillard’s litigation communications in North America.

Glashow comes to Fleishman-Hillard from Microsoft, where he drove overall communications for the company’s U.S. public sector, which sells to federal, state and local governments and to the academic community. He managed executive communications, developed and maintained broad press relationships, and oversaw the work of multiple public relations agencies.

Prior to that, Glashow worked at ML Strategies, the government affairs and communications arm of Mintz Levin, one of the nation’s leading law firms headquartered in Boston. He also worked with the Weber Group in Cambridge, first as a managing director and then as a vice president.
