NEW YORK—Ketchum has added three new partners to the firm’s management team: Rob Lorfink, chief financial officer; Susan Molinari, president of public affairs and chairman and CEO of the firm’s Washington Group lobbying operations; and J. Adaire Putnam, director of Ketchum Midwest, which includes the agency’s Chicago and Pittsburgh offices.

“Our primary goal is to sustain exceptional client service, and senior talent deployment is critical to achieving this goal,” said Raymond Kotcher, Ketchum senior partner and chief executive officer. “As partners, these three colleagues will add further depth to our worldwide senior management group and will continue to help us capitalize on Ketchum’s greatest strategic advantage, our collaborative culture.”

Lorfink joined Ketchum in June 2003 from Omnicom Group’s Diversified Agency Services and has been instrumental in closely aligning the firm’s financial function with the overall business strategy.

Molinari, a former Republican Congresswoman from New York, joined TWG in 2001. Once the highest-ranking woman in Congress, she has chaired her own government communications firm, is a CNBC political contributor and appears regularly on other national television shows as a political commentator.

Putnam joined the agency in June 2001 when Ketchum acquired Corporate Technology Communications. She oversaw the integration of CTC into Ketchum Chicago.

The partner group at Ketchum is responsible for driving client satisfaction, advising on how colleagues are managed and developed, identifying new products and services, providing input to the strategic future of the agency, and ensuring growth and profitability.
