MS&L Adds Former IPG Exec to Lead Recruitment

Manning Selvage & Lee has appointed Deborah Levy as vice president of talent recruitment for North America. Levy was most recently director of recruiting for the Constituency Management Group division of The Interpublic Group.

NEW YORK—Manning Selvage & Lee has appointed Deborah Levy as vice president of talent recruitment for North America. Levy was most recently director of recruiting for the Constituency Management Group division of The Interpublic Group, which includes Weber Shandwick, GolinHarris, Rogers & Cowan and other IPG public relations agencies.

In her new role, Levy will focus on attracting, training and retaining talent for MS&L’s North American offices. She will also focus on building hiring practices for non-traditional public relations hires, and will manage MS&L’s recruiting attendance at networking and industry events. 

Levy also has experience working at executive search companies, including boutique firm Waldman & Company, where clients included several PR firms.
