NEW YORK, February 6—Manning, Selvage & Lee has named Jürgen Togotzes, chairman of its Frankfurt operation, as chairman of Europe. Togotzes will lead the firm’s continued expansion and growth in the region.

Jürgen has already made a tremendous impact on building our network in Europe through acquisitions and new affiliate relationships,” says MS&L chief executive Lou Capozzi.  “He will play a critical role as we expand our presence in key geographies and continue our partnerships with multinational clients.”

The firm also names new managing directors in two offices. Fiona Cohen, an executive director in MS&L’s London office is relocating to Hong Kong and will assume the role of managing director of MS&L/Hong Kong. And in Atlanta, Jim Tsokanos, senior vice president and deputy managing director, will become managing director. He takes over from Jan Lewin, a 17-year veteran of MS&L who is retiring from the firm at the end of the month.

“Jan transformed our Atlanta office and created a very powerful presence for MS&L in the marketplace,” says Capozzi.  “She has made a lasting contribution to the firm and given the senior leadership in Atlanta a strong foundation for continued success.”

Tsokanos joined MS&L from Ketchum’s Atlanta office and has been an active member of the senior leadership team in the Atlanta office.
