NEW YORK, June 21—Manning, Selvage & Lee has appointed Keith Hughes to Procter & Gamble account director for the Americas. In his expanded role, Hughes will oversee the Procter & Gamble relationship in the Americas and work closely with Tim Fordham-Moss, MS&L’s account director on the P&G business in Europe to help coordinate global efforts.

For the past four years, Hughes has lead MS&L New York’s consumer marketing and technology practice and will continue in that role. Says MS&L chairman and CEO Lou Capozzi, “Keith has orchestrated and developed some of our most successful work. His new role will help ensure that we’re delivering strategic, breakthrough programs for Procter & Gamble brands around the world.”

Before joining MS&L, Hughes served as senior manager of international public relations for the Pepsi-Cola Company.  Prior to joining Pepsi, he held positions at Ketchum and Creamer Dickson Basford.

Meanwhile, Fordham-Moss, director and head of the consumer marketing practice in MS&L’s London office, has been promoted to the firm’s consumer director for Europe as well as Procter & Gamble account director.

“Europe is a tremendous growth opportunity for our practice and Tim is perfect to lead our expansion efforts,” says Jill Farwell, managing director of the global consumer practice.
