PARIS--MSLGroup is relaunching a branded presence in Paris, three years after it last existed.

MSL Paris will focus on consumer PR, working alongside corporate PR heavyweights Publicis Consultants.

Previously, MSL's Paris operation focused on healthcare communication, which has since been integrated into Publicis Groupe's healthcare offering.

According to a statement the new MSL Paris will aim to offer 'Anglo-Saxon' PR capabilities, including insight generation, brand strategy, content creation, storytelling and experiential marketing, for such clients as P&G, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, Samsung and Coca-Cola.

The agency will focus in particular on extending relationships with MSLGroup’s international client roster, and is headed by Philippe Masseau, currently director of Verbe, Publicis Consultants’ content creation unit.

“There are opportunities in France for consumer PR which have not really been grabbed by large international agencies," said MSLGroup France president Fabrice Fries. "Our clients seek integrated solutions. MSL Paris’s service offering will meet their expectations and broaden MSLGROUP’s global offering in the sector.
