LONDON—Healthcare public relations specialist Munro & Forster has launched a new corporate responsibility practice, headed by Jayanti Durai, formerly head of corporate responsibility at Camelot, operator of the U.K.’s national lottery and earlier corporate accountability advisor at the global brewer SABMiller. She has also worked in the NGO world at Consumers International.

Duria will be supported by a team of experts including Jo White, who has extensive environmental experience, having held senior communications roles in campaigning organizations such as the Carbon Trust, where she led awareness campaigns targeting both businesses and the public sector.

The new practice will counsel clients on a variety of issues across the social and environmental agenda, with a focus on key business drivers such as employee motivation, consumer loyalty and effective risk management.
