CHICAGO—John Digles has rejoined MWW as executive vice president and general manager of the firm’s Chicago office and Deana Perlmutter is joining the firm as deputy general manager of the Washington, DC, office and senior vice president of corporate affairs

Digles rejoins MWW from Edelman, where he led consumer marketing teams for a number of clients in consumer technology, mobile, and wine and spirits. Prior to Edelman, he served as chief marketing officer for health and wellness company Xango, where he led marketing and sales growth in more than 30 international markets.

Earlier, he was with MWW for nearly a decade and played a lead role in establishing the firm’s Midwest presence.

Perlmutter will help manage the operations and strategy of MWW's DC office, and help clients develop corporate, economic and environmental sustainability strategies to advance new market opportunities.

She most recently founded and headed her own public affairs practice, the Integral Group, which helped build public-private partnerships, deploy clean energy technologies, and conduct outreach efforts focused on the energy, environmental and clean technology space. Earlier, she was senior policy advisor at Holland & Knight where she launched and led the clean technology practice, and spent a decade at Dutko Worldwide.
