National Adds Two to Senior Counseling Team

National Public Relations has made two senior appointments, naming Ben Chin vice president of media strategy and Carolyn Ray vice president of employee engagement.

TORONTO—National Public Relations has made two senior appointments, naming Ben Chin vice president of media strategy and Carolyn Ray vice president of employee engagement.

 

Chin will help clients navigate changes in traditional and new media. He joins National from the office of the Ontario Premier, where he served as senior media adviser to Dalton McGuinty. Hiss experience as a television journalist includes guest-hosting CBC's The National, and anchoring at CBC Newsworld, He also reported as Atlantic Bureau Chief for CTV National News and, earlier, at Toronto's Citytv.

 

Ray offers clients insights and counsel to address the internal implications of change and the role employees play in business performance. She joins from the brand consultancy Interbrand, where she led the global internal brand engagement practice.
