NEW YORK—The Euro RSCG Worldwide division of communications conglomerate Havas is launching a fully integrated global health marketing and communications group that will draw on the resources of the company’s Noonan Russo Presence public relations operation.
The new group, Euro RSCG Life, aligns 44 health-focused offices in 16 major markets around the globe, creating a single network with almost 1,000 employees that will offer advertising, public relations, event promotion, medical education, consumer advertising, interactive and consulting services and had capitalized billings of $1.64 billion in 2002.
Sander Flaum, formerly CEO of Robert A. Becker Euro RSCG, will serve as chairman of Euro RSCG Life, and Ron Pantello, formerly CEO of LM&P parent Euro RSCG Healthview, will serve as the firm’s chief executive officer. Tony Russo, a founder of biotech PR firm Noonan Russo, acquired two years ago, will be chief executive of Euro RSCG Life Public Relations.
