BRUSSELS—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has made three key appointments in its Benelux operations, including the promotion of Thomas Tindemans to chief executive of its Brussels operation; Ingo Heijnen as chief executive in the Netherlands; and Jeroen van Seeters as director of strategy for Europe.

Tindemans (pictured) joined the firm in September 2010 as managing director EU public affairs, having spent the past 17 years with the law firm of White and Case. In his new role, he will head a leadership team that includes Mark Cunningham, who has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer; and Melanie Faithfull Kent, who has been appointed chief operating officer.

Heijnen, an expert in corporate and financial communications, has been managing director of Hill+Knowlton Strategies Netherlands over the past year, leading an operation with 35 communications professionals in Amsterdam and The Hague.

Van Seeters previously had responsibility for the firm’s Benelux operations, and will now rejoin the Amsterdam operation while also assuming his new European position, reporting to Lars Erik Grønntun and Richard Millar, co-presidents of Hill+Knowlton Strategies Europe.
