LONDON—British Sky Broadcasting has named Graham McWilliam as group director of corporate affairs, and Robert Fraser as director of corporate communications. These appointments follow the appointment of Matthew Anderson, previously group director for communications and brand marketing, to a new role at parent company News Corporation.

The company has also announced its intention to appoint a new executive-level director who will assume responsibility for the marketing and customer communications functions overseen previously by Anderson, who followed former Sky chief executive James Murdoch, recently named chairman and chief executive of News Corp for Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

McWilliam will lead Sky's corporate communications, policy and public affairs, internal communications and reputation and responsibility functions.  He will report to chief executive Jeremy Darroch.
