LONDON—TVC Group managing director Nicky Minter-Green is stepping down as MD of the agency, after nine years in the role.

Minter-Green, who joined TVC 16 years ago, becomes agency chair and also takes on a new role as president of Economist Films, a new video venture launched this week by
the Economist Group, which acquired TVC in 2012.

Current UK MD James Myers succeeds Minter-Green as global MD, reporting to Paul Rossi, president of Economist Group media businesses.

"James and I have worked together for 12 years and he is perfectly placed to step-up to the new position," said Minter-Green in an email. "Not only is James a world expert within content-led communications but an incredibly dedicated and driven colleague."

Myers will oversee client experience, agency sales and marketing across both UK and USA offices. The restructuring also sees the promotion of former Kindred MD, Sarah Harris to group operations director.

"We have ambitious plans for investment over the coming year that should see us take the agency to the next level of growth," said Myers.
