NEW YORK—Noonan Russo Presence Euro RSCG reports more than $3 million in new business wins for the year to date among its New York, San Diego, San Francisco and London offices. The wins represent a range of marketing, financial and corporate communications assignments from biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and medical services firms.
