NEW YORK—Euro RSCG Life NRP, the former Noonan Russo, has appointed Jorge Del Mazo global business director of the marketing service group.
Del Mazo has expertise in ethical product marketing, consumer health products, social marketing, and healthcare public affairs. He also holds solid experience in the CNS, cardiovascular and infectious disease categories and launching and marketing communications for biotechnology products including Retavase and Procrit.
According to Anthony Russo, CEO, “In his role at NRP, Jorge will manage our marketing group and the strategic development of marketing communications programs for pharmaceutical, nonprescription drug products, biotechnology, and other verticals of the healthcare industry. He will also work closely with the firm’s senior management to expand and integrate our global PR and marketing services.”
Del Mazo has held public affairs counsel roles for the U.S. Surgeon General and the Colorado Department of Health. He has provided strategic communications and developed public affairs programs for the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to NRP, he worked for GCI Group in New York, Edelman Healthcare in Chicago, and Porter Novelli in Washington, D.C.
