PORTLAND, OR—Three public relations firms with their headquarters in the Pacific Northwest have joined forces to offer crisis communications and reputation management counsel to business and other organizations in the region.

The three firms—Conkling Fiskum & McCormick of Portland; Gogerty Stark Marriott of Seattle; and Scott Peyron & Associates of Boise—will operate as Northwest Pinnacle Partners. (All three are members of the Pinnacle Worldwide network of independent public relations firms.)

The firms will help organizations take steps that avoid crises; put in place advance plans to deal with a crisis should it occur; and guide an organization’s leaders through a communications crisis.

“Your organization has the greatest opportunity to be strategic when it takes the time to assess potential vulnerabilities and address them before they flare into a crisis,” notes Darrel Buttice, a spokesperson for the Partnership. “These firms, which are positioned in key media markets, also have experienced professionals who know how to handle a communications crisis, which gives our team an even broader reach into other markets potentially impacted by a crisis.”
