WASHINGTON, D.C.—NPR has selected Fleishman-Hillard as its agency of record to assist with a multiyear rebranding campaign. The account will be led from the agency’s Washington, D.C., office but will draw on the resources of Fleishman’s 34 U.S. offices.

The partnership comes “at a time when NPR is experiencing tremendous growth in audiences and will help us continue to reach more Americans,” according to NPR executive vice president Ken Stern. “Fleishman-Hillard brings extensive consumer branding experience to the table as well as strong relationships with corporate America and extraordinary national reach.” He added that the firm’s six California offices would be particularly helpful in the launch of NPR West this fall.

FH will support NPR in a range of activities that includes media relations, branding, event planning and creative services.
