Obert Becomes Chariman, Hill President at Edward Howard

Kathleen Obert, formerly president and chief executive officer at Edward Howard & Co., has been elected chairman and chief executive officer and Wayne Hill, former executive VP, has been elected president.

CLEVELAND, March 13—Kathleen Obert, formerly president and chief executive officerat Edward Howard & Co., has been elected chairman and chief executive officer and Wayne Hill, former executive vice president, has been elected president.
 
“Edward Howard & Co. continues to strengthen its management team as we position ourselves for future growth,” said Obert. “Wayne has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been an important contributor to our management team and new business efforts. Wayne’s talent will serve Edward Howard well as we grow our business and maintain the superior client service.”
 
Hill joined Edward Howard in 1991 as manager of the firm’s Columbus office. Previously, he was director of communications for the Ohio Attorney General and the Ohio Secretary of State.
