Ogilvy Adds Two to Washington Office

Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has added Andrew Schacht and Angie Montes to its Washington, D.C., office. Schacht joins Ogilvy PR as senior vice president and director of operations for the creative studio.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has added Andrew Schacht and Angie Montes to its Washington, D.C., office.

Schacht joins Ogilvy PR as senior vice president and director of operations for the creative studio. He was previously the general manager of three Washington area advertising agencies, most recently with BatesNeimand, a social marketing firm. Reporting to John Bell, managing director of the 360° Digital Influence practice, Schacht will lead and manage the overall operations of the creative studio, the in-house advertising unit of Ogilvy PR.

Montes joins Ogilvy PR as a vice president in the health policy group.  Most recently, she led the federal lobbying team at the American Diabetes Association, where she built the lobbying group and expanded the association’s presence on Capitol Hill. In addition, she was responsible for the legislative work surrounding private health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and federal appropriations.
