NEW YORK—Omnicom's DAS Group of Companies, which includes most of the company’s public relations operations, has acquired a minority interest in In Press, one of the leading public relations agencies in Brazil. In Press has been an affiliate of DAS public relations company Porter Novelli since 1999.

According to Dale Adams, chairman and CEO of DAS, "Brazil is an important market for both our clients and our businesses, and this partnership will provide significant opportunities for growth in the years ahead."

Kiki Moretti, founder and chief executive officer, started In Press in 1988. In Press has more than 150 clients in corporate, consumer, media and entertainment, health, technology/telecoms practices. With offices in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, the agency offers media relations, crisis management, internal communications, strategic planning, training, branded content, events communications and digital and social content services.

It has additional specialty units in public affairs, sports, multiplatform content, video production and analysis and measurement.
