Omnicom PR Revenues Up 4.1% In 2014

Holding group reports positive PR performance after strong fourth quarter.

NEW YORK—Omnicom Group has reported organic PR revenue growth of 4.1% in 2014, spurred by a strong Q4 that saw PR earnings grow by 8.5%.

The group, which owns numerous PR firms including FleishmanHillard, Ketchum and Porter Novelli, reported PR revenues of $1.4bn in 2014, accounting for 9.1% of overall revenues.

In the fourth quarter of 2014, the group's PR revenues reached $368.1m. The results come after Omnicom's PR revenues grew by just 2.7% during the first half of the year.

PR acquisitions included Ketchum Estrategia in Brazil and GRA Everingham in Australia.
