NEW YORK—Telecommunications company One Communications has selected Peppercom to manage a public relations campaign that positions the company as a leading business-to-business telecommunications provider. Previously three regional companies, One Communications is the result of the merger of Choice One Communications, CTC Communications, and Conversent Communications in July 2006. Peppercom will be developing a positioning that clearly and consistently communicates the company’s network strength, customer service excellence and unique focus on small- and medium-sized businesses to generate greater brand awareness for One Communications with current and prospective customers, as well as foster a sense of pride among employees.
