McGrath/Power Public Relations & Communications has expanded its management team with the appointment of i Ursula Herrick and Jeff Lettes as senior vice presidents. Prior to joining McGrath/Power, Herrick held a wide range of senior public relations and marketing roles during her 18-year tenure with Intel.

NEW YORK—Marina Maher Communications has hired Nikita Davis as vice president of talent, a new staff position in the human resources department. Davis will work in partnership with the MMC senior executive team to manage talent acquisition and retention. Prior to joining MMC, Davis worked at Burson-Marsteller for nearly six years as U.S. recruitment manager, responsible for recruitment for the New York office, with additional responsibilities touching the Chicago and Los Angeles offices. She also led recruiting for the U.S. Harold Burson Summer Internship program, which spans all of Burson-Marsteller’s U.S. offices.

SANTA CLARA—McGrath/Power Public Relations & Communications has expanded its management team with the appointment of i Ursula Herrick and Jeff Lettes as senior vice presidents. Prior to joining McGrath/Power, Herrick held a wide range of senior public relations and marketing roles during her 18-year tenure with Intel, including director of worldwide press relations and director of corporate marketing. Lettes has both agency and corporate experience to the position from previous roles as the director of worldwide media relations at Applied Materials and vice president of corporate communications at Oracle.

NEW YORK—Krupp Kommunications, a full service public relations, marketing and branding agency that works for experts, bestselling authors and globally recognized brands, has hired Chris Dao as publicity director.  She joins the agency from Warner Books, where she served as a publicity executive for over six years.  In her new post, she will execute media relations outreach and strategy on behalf of the agency’s publishing, corporate, entertainment, lifestyle and philanthropy clients. 

PROVIDENCE, RI—Catalyst, a business-to-business branding and marketing communications consultancy, has named Michael Friend vice president, creative director and principal. He was most recently the founder of Streamind, a communications and branding consultancy. Prior to that, he was director of global corporate communications at Timex.

NEW YORK—The IGB Group, a New York-based investor relations and financial communications firm, has appointed Michael Cimini as vice president in its transportation practice. He will be responsible for corporate communications, investor relations and public relations consulting for a group of transportation companies. He joins from KCSA Worldwide, where he most recently served as vice president.

LOS ANGELES—Cerrell Associates has hired Todd McIntyre as planning and public affairs manager and Hillary Gross as senior account executive. McIntyre will assist clients with government relations, land use approvals and community engagement. Prior to joining CAI, he spent more than half a decade in the service of three mayoral administrations in Los Angeles.

SANTA BARBARA, CA—CallWave, a provider of on-demand communications solutions, has named Kelly Delany vice president, corporate communications. Most recently, Delany served as vice president of marketing at Sound ID.
